Learning to slow my pace and be kinder to myself !

One of the things I learnt from this class is my pace in life has been too fast and I need to slow down. During this online class, I allowed myself to rest when I was feeling tired. I learnt to relax and treasure my body and felt so much better.

I signed up for the Vancouver Bodhi Meditation Online Stress Relief Class and I am so glad I did. Everything seems to go in my favour and all the practices taught in class seems to be tailored for me. The energy blessing, the breathing exercises and even the timing of the class are all so well suited for me.

One of the things I learnt from this class is my pace in life has been too fast and I need to slow down. During this online class, I allowed myself to rest when I was feeling tired. I learnt to relax and treasure my body and felt so much better.

I also gained a good understanding of the concept of Qi. When I am exhausted, my Qi is depleted and the same goes for my sense of well-being. From this class, my energy is replenished and my wisdom is awakened, and I learnt to be kinder to myself.

My patience was put to the test one morning, I wanted to be in a peaceful state of mind before the start of the class. I sat on my bed and did some deep breathing and visualization exercises that were taught during the class. I felt calm and at peace soon after.

The class was conducted at such a comfortable pace that my two daughters enjoyed themselves so much too. My world is so much brighter and happier.

I feel that my life has been renewed and deep within me, I know Grandmaster JinBodhi is blessing me. Thank you Grandmaster. Thank you Shimu.
