Meditation clears blockages within me

This is my first time chanting the Six-Syllable mantra. While working from home on Day 3 of this online chanting class, I saw my friend’s reminder of the lesson. Hence, I played the live streaming from my iPad placed next to my working screen. As I listened to Grandmaster JinBodhi’s chanting while busy replying emails, I suddenly felt my eyes full of water! I wasn’t sad but was tearing. I later understand that this may be a form of clearing some blockages within me.

I was keen to continue with the class and took leave to attend it on Day 5. Another amazing thing happened! I could cross my legs and chant through 30 minutes without feeling any leg pain or numbness! This wasn’t possible previously. On Day 3, I could feel so much body heaviness and worry for no apparent reason. Now, the feeling is totally different! I feel very relaxed and calm, and my whole body is so much lighter than before!
