I have been suffering from many sleepless nights for the past few months as I really missed my husband and my sister who passed away last year. Coupled with long periods of working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I felt like I was sinking into depression and emotional breakdown.

I have been suffering from many sleepless nights for the past few months as I really missed my husband and my sister who passed away last year. Coupled with long periods of working from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I felt like I was sinking into depression and emotional breakdown.

My good friends who are practitioners with the Bodhi Meditation Centre encouraged me to join this “Stress Relief Meditation Class”. On the first night after the class, I felt very peaceful and was able to sleep very well. Before, I woke up every hour crying but I didn’t cry that night.

I really like listening to and following Grandmaster JinBodhi guiding us through the meditation. I did feel myself let go freely and enjoyed the feeling of floating in the universe. It was such an amazing feeling and I love it so much! Thank you Master for helping me gain inner peace.
