I thoroughly enjoyed this 7-day “Stress Relief Meditation Class” as I experienced feelings I never had before! All these years, I have been busy working and there was never a chance for a break. This time, I finally gave 2.5 hours each day absolutely to myself!

I thoroughly enjoyed this 7-day “Stress Relief Meditation Class” as I experienced feelings I never had before! All these years, I have been busy working and there was never a chance for a break. This time, I finally gave 2.5 hours each day absolutely to myself!

During the first two days of meditation practice, I was struggling and challenged due to my weak shoulders. Fortunately, I received help from the class volunteers and could settle down and focus better. From the third day, my back pain which has been causing me sleep loss for some time was relieved, and my sleep quality improved. I feel great and am most thankful being able to de-stress, relax and de-clutter my mind!
