I have known Bodhi Meditation for many years and have always wanted to experience the meditation classes. Finally, I was able to set aside time to attend the “Stress Relief Meditation Class” this December as my work commitments had lessened due to COVID-19.

During this class, I noticed that the quality of my sleep had improved. When I woke up after the usual 6 to 7 hours of sleep, I felt rejuvenated. I could accomplish many things and not get tired throughout the day. My mind and eyesight had become clearer too, and my inner peace was enhanced. I am very grateful to be here!
