Meditation brings me better sleep and positive thoughts!

During the first three days of practising “The Meditation of Purity”, I would tear as I followed Grandmaster JinBodhi’s guided visualisation of flowing streams clearing away all illnesses and all sorrows.

I have been suffering from insomnia for the past few months due to some personal problems. I used to go to bed around midnight and wake up at 3am with headaches. I would then spend the rest of the night awake with random thoughts in my mind. Often, I could not control my negative emotions towards my family.

I signed up for the “Stress Relief Meditation Class” in December 2020 and also recommended my neighbour to attend it together. During the first three days of practising “The Meditation of Purity”, I would tear as I followed Grandmaster JinBodhi’s guided visualisation of flowing streams clearing away all illnesses and all sorrows. As the days go by, I felt calmer and peaceful. Sleeping became so easy as I fell asleep as soon as I lay on the bed and only woke up at 6am feeling refreshed!

I also reflected on my life as I listened to Grandmaster’s teachings. I started to have answers to why I was faced with the obstacles in life, accepting that it could be due to my past actions. I am inspired to have positive and kind thoughts and be helpful to others so as to accumulate good merits for a better future.
Now, I hope that my husband and son would attend the class too, and we can be a happy, united family!
