于是今年8月我报名参加“7天禅修减压班”。上课的前面几天,我站着修练《大光明修持法》时,左腿和膝盖是又酸又痛。第4天,我无意间发现左小腿部位开始长出肌肉来,按一按感觉有弹性哦!我的小腿终于长肉了,我真的非常开心!

我今年(2019年)71岁,两年前我左小腿后跟的韧带断了。2017年尾动了手术之后,扁平处像一片死皮,迟迟没有长肌肉。医生说小腿的肌肉如果不增长,脚就会没有力。此外,医生也告诉我左膝盖的疼痛是因为软骨已经磨损。因不想动膝盖手术,所以我只好忍受疼痛。

2018年中,我的好朋友介绍我学习“八卦内功”。八卦走着走着,我发现自己的免疫力增强了!以前我一年之中可以咳嗽长达半年也常常感冒,时不时就需要看医生。自从修练八卦,我很少咳嗽或感冒了,现在最多一年“拜访”医生一两次。

这些健康的收获促使我想进一步学习禅修,也希望能更好地帮助到我左腿的问题,于是今年8月我报名参加“7天禅修减压班”。上课的前面几天,我站着修练《大光明修持法》时,左腿和膝盖是又酸又痛。第4天,我无意间发现左小腿部位开始长出肌肉来,按一按感觉有弹性哦!我的小腿终于长肉了,我真的非常开心!腿比以前有力,可以站和走得更稳,酸痛也得到缓解。膝盖也不那么疼痛了。现在(10月)我每天都会练2遍大光明,我坚信如果要身心更健康,还要依金菩提禅师所引导的,“还要接-着-练”!

The ligament on my left ankle tore 2 years ago and I had a repair surgery at the end of 2017. However, the muscle tissues for that area didn’t regenerate which therefore caused the leg to further weaken. The doctor also cited that the cartilage of my knee joints have degenerated and since I didn’t want any repair surgeries, I had to endure with the pain.

A close friend introduced me to \ in the mid of 2018, and my immunity has improved significantly ever since then. I used to fall ill frequently with flu and persistent cough which can sometimes last up to 6 months. However, ever since I started the Energy Bagua practice, I hardly fall ill and I’ve only visited the doctor once or twice in the past year.

I was keen to achieve more health benefits specifically for my left leg, hence I signed up for the 7- Day Stress Relief Meditation Class. Initially, my left leg and knee would hurt very much during the “Meditation of Greater Illumination” practice. It was on the 4th day of the class, that I realized my left leg was developing muscle tissue! It was very evident when my leg regained the strength, as I could stand and walk in a more stable manner than before. More importantly, the pain on my knee was also relieved!

Till today, I am still persistently practising at least 2 rounds of the “Meditation of Greater Illumination”, and I firmly believe if we want to reap the benefits to our health and mind, we must heed Master JinBodhi’s teachings – “We must continue to practice!”
