禅堂的同修约我一同参加刚推出的“7天大礼拜班”。在上课的第5天,我发现自己可以坐在地板上,轻松的伸出双腿,腿的后侧不再有紧拉或刺痛的感觉,这真是我意想不到的收获!现在,我无需坐在小凳子上做任何的事情。我又能舒服的坐在冰凉的地板上了!

我平时习惯坐在地板上伸出腿看电视节目或做一些家务。但是,近几年来我的双腿不能自如的在地上直伸,双腿的后侧会被拉得很紧很痛,感觉像针刺一般。2018年10月,禅堂的同修约我一同参加刚推出的“7天大礼拜班”。在上课的第5天,我发现自己可以坐在地板上,轻松的伸出双腿,腿的后侧不再有紧拉或刺痛的感觉,这真是我意想不到的收获!现在,我无需坐在小凳子上做任何的事情。我又能舒服的坐在冰凉的地板上了!

I am used to sitting on the floor with my legs stretched out while watching the television or doing housework. However, in the last few years I was no longer able to stretch my legs out comfortably. The back of my legs felt tight and painful, as though there were needles pricking them. In October 2018, I attended the 7-Day Full Prostration Class. On the 5th day of the class, I realized I could sit on the floor with my legs comfortably stretched, with no more feelings of tightness or tingling! This was an unexpected pleasant surprise! Now I do not have to sit on the stool to get things done and can enjoy sitting on the cool floor again!
