I experienced indigestion for the past 3 years, had a bloated tummy and my stomach hurt whenever I ate oily or heavily seasoned food. These worsened in the recent few months as I felt the sensation of my intestines being twisted and twined. Despite these, I still felt hungry most of the time and ate more, resulting in a vicious cycle.
I also had knee ache since age 14 and had sought physiotherapy occasionally. Recently, there was a dull pain in my right knee cap especially when I climbed the stairs or bent my knees. I was stressed out with work and was easily tired coupled with occasional mood swings.
I joined the Full Prostration class in September 2017. After the first lesson, I felt my tummy became flatter. After practising consecutively for a few days, I started to feel more energised and naturally happier. I continued to practise the Full Prostration for 30 minutes every day and noticed that my digestion has improved significantly. I do not feel the discomfort in my stomach that I used to have. My craving for food has subsided and sometimes I do not even feel hungry at dinner time. My knee is much less painful now and I do not feel the heaviness of my body weighing me down when climbing the stairs.
I am calmer when handling work challenges and adversities. My friend said that I looked more radiant. Nowadays, I walk with more energy, feel lighter and am absolutely grateful!
