通过做大礼拜,我的小肚子也在不知不觉间变得平坦,腰也細了很多,瘦出了苗條的腰線。我原本58公斤的体重,足足減掉了4公斤!

2011年,我做了卵巢囊腫切除手术,导致身体虛弱,月事不調,这才让我意试到健康的重要性。2012年8月,经同事介绍,我參加了菩提禅修开办的8天半健身班。课堂上,金菩提禅师的每一句开示都使我受益匪浅。禅师充满慈悲和智慧的话语,让我认识到疾病的产生往往是我們的坏情绪和不恰当的行为所致。于是我开始改变自己,当面对问题时,我开始尝试着控制自己急躁的脾气,用不同的角度和宽容的心态去解決。与同事相处时,我会站在对方的角度去思考问题;和孩子們相处时,我会用引导的方式,给她們更多的空间,而不再強迫她们必需听我的话。

健身班课程圆满之后,我开始坚持每天做30分钟大礼拜。每一次大礼拜过后,我都会感觉到全身变得轻松自在。于是,在往后的日子里,我只要发现自己的身体有一點點不舒服,就会去做大礼拜。从此之后,我就再也沒有依赖过先生以及按摩器帮我按摩来減轻疼痛了。为了使受益的效果达到更好,我將大礼拜的时间从刚开始的30分钟延长至1个小时。通过做大礼拜,我的小肚子也在不知不觉间变得平坦,腰也細了很多,瘦出了苗條的腰线。我原本58公斤的体重,通过大礼拜,足足減掉了4公斤!

Long-term stress from my job and children caused me to have migraines, shoulder stiffness/aches and bad sleep quality. As a result, I was easily irritable over small issues, causing tension between me and my family members. In the long run, I became physically and emotionally drained. I would get back aches from walking a short distance and frequent massage sessions didn’t help much.

4 years ago, I underwent a surgery to remove my ovarian cysts and my body became even weaker after that.

In 2012, I participated in the 8.5 Days Health and Happiness Retreat. Master’s teachings greatly inspired and enlightened me. Thereafter, I started practicing the Full Prostration for 30 minutes a day, and unknowingly, I became much more relaxed and cheerful. My shoulder problems were gone, my sleep quality improved, I could walk with much more ease and my back no longer ached. I lost around 4kg, and my tummy became flatter. I have learnt to empathize with others more and my relationship with my family has improved. I am full of energy and confidence! My husband has seen the change in me and understood the benefits of meditation. The Full Prostration is convenient and easy to learn, and brings about unimaginable benefits!
