大礼拜让我终于摆脱坐骨神经痛!Full Prostration: Finally, i am away from Sciatica pain!

2009年疼痛再度发作,而且比过去剧烈,从腰部一直酸痛至左脚跟。当时走路拖地,脚步缓慢,还需要用手紧抓着腰部给予支撑;每坐大约半小时就必须换姿势。更糟的是,左腿从断续的发麻恶化到持续麻痹,像蚂蚁咬一般,非常苦恼,脾气也越来越暴躁。

我在2006年开始腰酸背痛,两年后再次背疼,经过几次推拿之后就不痛了。2009年疼痛再度发作,而且比过去剧烈,从腰部一直酸痛至左脚跟。当时走路拖地,脚步缓慢,还需要用手紧抓着腰部给予支撑;每坐大约半小时就必须换姿势。更糟的是,左腿从断续的发麻恶化到持续麻痹,像蚂蚁咬一般,非常苦恼,脾气也越来越暴躁。我到处求医,结果被中医诊断是产后坐月子时没照顾好而导致的坐骨神经痛。经过两年的治疗,从头到脚的针灸及服食中草药,情况确实大有改善。

没料到在2016年中,我的坐骨神经痛又突然复发。很庆幸在同年6月我学习了大礼拜。起初我挺辛苦地才能完成一个大礼拜,但每完成一次修练都感觉疼痛减轻了,坚持修练十天左右,状况明显的好转。至今,坐骨神经痛不再发作。我万分感恩,无论多忙仍然每天修持大礼拜。现在的我身心轻松自在!

I first experienced backaches in 2006 and 2008, which went away after a few massage treatments. The pain reoccurred in 2009. It was much worse this time, radiating from my lower back down to my feet. I had to support my back while walking and change my sitting position every half an hour. The numbness in my left leg also got increasingly worse, causing me great frustration. I was eventually diagnosed with sciatica by a TCM practitioner. After two years of acupuncture treatments and medication, my condition improved.

In 2016, the pain unexpectedly returned but I was fortunate to learn the Full Prostration then. Initially, it was difficult for me to complete each prostration, but I feel the pain ease after every practice session. I persevered with daily practice for 10 days and my condition improved significantly. To date, the pain has not returned. I am extremely grateful and continue to practice daily no matter how busy I am!
